reservation basic Requirements
To facilitate the documentation process and to complete your unit's reservation transaction, you must submit the following documents to your Sales Agent:
All requirements and payments must be completed within thirty (30) days. Otherwise, your reservation will be forfeited and cancelled.
- Signed Reservation Agreement and Reservation Fee Receipt Signed Client Registration Form
- Signed Computation Sheet
- Photocopy of either Tax Identification No. (TIN) or BIR Form 1904 Photocopy of any valid
- Government issued ID/s with signature.
- Notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA), for local accounts and Consularized SPA for international accounts (if applicable)
- Deed of Undertaking for international accounts (if applicable) Proof of Billing Address (must be the latest billing statement)

Reservation Fee/s:
- Condominium Unit = P20,000.00
- Tandem Unit = P40,000.00
- Single Parking (car/motorcycle) = P10,000.00
- Tandem Parking = P20,000.00

After submission of requirements, your unit/parking contracts shall be drafted which usually takes a week to be released.
- Proof of Billing (this should match your preferred billing address indicated in the Reservation Agreement Form). If you don't have your own proof of billing, you can make use of someone else's with authorization form
- Signed Computation Sheet
- Certificate of Marriage, if applicable
- Proof of Account (BDO or BPI), if applicable

What you need to know.
- The reservation fee is non-refundable and is valid for thirty (30) calendar days only.
- As per company policy, there shall only be one broker/agent per buyer.
- Client Registration is a requirement prior to reservation.
- Only buyers with complete reservation requirements shall be allowed to join for newly launched projects and lottery for newly re-opened units.
Down Payment Requirements
We have 3 modes of Payments (Learn more about Payment Options)
- Philippine Post Dated Checks (PDCs) for the down payment- if not available, you can use of a friend's or relative checks with authorization letter.
- Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA) from accredited banks
- Bill Payment Option through Accredited Remittance Center
The remaining balance can either be financed through Bank Financing or In-house Financing.

We assist in your application for Bank Financing which is initiated within 6 months from turnover of you unit.
